Every now and then I need to remind myself of the journey. Here's an example of how I do that.

I was reminded recently of something I wrote in 2015 that resonates as powerfully today as it did when I initially wrote it. It came at a time where I needed to remind myself of the power of these transformational journeys. Thought I would share again.

I often wonder if a challenge or situation repeats itself, is the universe telling you there are still things to learn? The propensity for change is in us all, the willingness is often not, and fear often gets in the way of change.

Sometimes the choices we make as we learn are not the right ones - sometimes they are the right ones but the situation isn’t ripe for change – maybe the time isn’t right, but how do you know? Have you ever just known?

There’s a line where you have to be true to yourself and understand your own weaknesses to better work out which choice is the right one, at the right time, for the right reasons - and intuition can play a huge part in that.

Often we ignore our intuition for fear of making a mistake, missing the point that the mistake might be the very thing that needs to happen. Is it really then a mistake?

I stand with my head held high, knowing I’ve done my very best, accepting myself for all that I am, and all that I am not - mistakes and all, and I know it’s going to be okay – whatever happens, it’s going to be okay.
